§ 114.04 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

No license for a mechanical amusement device, billiard, pool, bagatelle, pigeon hole table, domino table, or pinochle table shall be issued except to a person of good character approved by the Village Board and upon an application provided by the Village Clerk and upon the payment of the appropriate fee.
