(A) No person, firm, or corporation shall operate, maintain, or conduct a billiard, pool, bagatelle, pigeon hole table, domino table, or pinochle table open to the public without having first obtained a license therefor as is required herein. All applications for such license shall state thereon the intended location and place of business and the number of tables to be used.
(B) No person, firm, or corporation shall operate or maintain a mechanical amusement device as herein defined without having first obtained a license therefor as required herein.
