§ 112.053 USE OF LICENSE.
   (A)   After a license has been issued, the privileges thereunder shall be actively exercised on the licensed premises.
   (B)   Failure of the licensee to exercise said privileges for a period of 90 days may be cause for revocation of such license absent the showing of substantial reason for the same not within the control of the licensee.
