§ 30.17 BILLS.

(A) No bill shall be allowed unless the same has been filed in the office of the Village Clerk on the Thursday preceding the regular monthly meeting of the Board, and sworn to by the party claiming the same.

(B) Provided that this rule shall not apply to money allowed by ordinance.
