§ 112.026 CREATION.

(A) A Local Liquor Control Commission is created which shall be composed of three members. The Local Liquor Commissioner shall be a member of the Commission and its Chairperson.

(B) The remaining two members shall be appointed by the Local Liquor Commissioner. The members shall be one Board Trustee of the village and the Village Police Chief.
