All of the provisions of the state’s Liquor Control Act and of the rules and regulations issued by the state’s Liquor Control Commission, which are or may hereafter be in force, which are applicable to the village, are incorporated into and declared to be a part of this chapter the same as if they were expressly set forth herein.
