§ 112.012 LOCAL LIMITATIONS.
   No license shall be issued for the sale at retail of any alcoholic liquor that would be located within 100 feet of any church or school, unless the license is for a business where the sale of alcohol is not the principal business. The distance shall be measured from the property boundary of the licensed premises to the property boundary of the school or church.
