§ 112.001 WORD AND PHRASES.
   Words and phrases in this chapter, which are defined in the Liquor Control Act of 1934, as amended by Act 5 Ch. 235 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (235 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.) and hereinafter referred to as the “Liquor Control Act,” shall have and be given the same meaning and definition as therein set out unless the context clearly provides otherwise.
