(A) No fee will be charged to any resident of the village since he or she is already paying taxes to support the village.
(B) No fee will be charged to the Schwan truck since it is delivering merchandise.
(C) No school organization will be charged a peddler’s, vendor’s, or solicitor’s fee.
(D) No non-for-profit entity will be charged, e.g., clubs, schools, churches, or other non-for-profit organizations.
