§ 90.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE.
      (1)   Any condition or use of premises in the village which is detrimental to property of others or which tends to cause a substantial diminution of the value of other property in the neighborhood in which such premises are located.
      (2)   This includes, but is not limited to, the keeping or depositing on, or scattering over the premises any of the following:
         (a)   Lumber, junk, trash, debris, garbage, or litter;
         (b)   Abandoned, discarded, or unused items or equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, stoves, furniture, cans, bottles, containers, tires, or auto parts; and/or
         (c)   Any item which might create a health risk on such property or surrounding property.
