(A) The intersection of Mill Street and Walnut Street in the village shall hereafter be a four-way stop and the officers of the village are hereby directed to erect a stop sign at each corner of said intersection.
(B) All persons driving vehicles approaching the intersection of Mill Street and Walnut Street shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before entering said intersection.
(C) All persons found guilty of violating this schedule shall be fined not less than $5 and not more than $35 for each offense.
