(A) Emma Street, approximately 0.10 mile all, in the village is herewith designated as an 80,000 pound truck route, Class II as defined by the state’s Department of Transportation.
(B) This schedule shall become effective immediately upon completion of the Emma Street intersection to accommodate said 80,000 pound loads.
