(A) The President shall take the chair at the hour to which the Board shall have adjourned and call the meeting to order.
(B) If a quorum is present, he or she shall cause the journal of the last meeting to be read and the following order of business to be observed:
(1) First - petitions;
(2) Second - reports of officers;
(3) Third - special written communications;
(4) Fourth - reports of standing committees;
(5) Fifth - reports of select committees;
(6) Sixth - unfinished business; and
(7) Seventh - motions and resolutions, and the like.
