Golf carts and utility terrain vehicles are permitted to be operated on all roadways with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less and under the jurisdiction of the village but only after the owner of the golf carts and utility terrain vehicles first obtain a permit from the village, and only after the golf carts and utility terrain vehicles pass an inspection as described herein and subject to the operational rules set forth in § 74.10.
