All-terrain vehicles, as defined by § 1-101.8 of the state’s Vehicle Code, being 625 ILCS 5/1-101.8, and off-highway motorcycles, as defined by § 1-153.1 of the state’s Vehicle Code, being 625 ILCS 5/1-153.1, are prohibited from being operated upon the streets under the jurisdiction of the village.
