§ 72.060 EXCESSIVE ACCELERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to test the acceleration of a motor vehicle or accelerate a motor vehicle in such a manner so as to squeal the rear tires or spin the rear wheels or race a motor vehicle, though below the maximum speed limit, upon any public street or within the village.
