§ 11.03 SEAL.

A seal in a circular form, with the words “Village of Wayne City, Wayne County, Illinois, Incorporated” and in the center of said seal to be placed the word “seal” shall be the seal of the village to be used in all cases that have been, or shall hereafter be, provided by law, or the ordinances of the village and in all cases where it is necessary to use a seal by the corporation.
