(A) If it is found upon inspection that said appliance does not comply with this subchapter or that the same is not properly installed, the customer will be notified to replace the appliance or to make necessary corrections or repairs, and thereafter the Gas Department will again test the appliance for compliance with the notice.
(B) A charge of $1 will be made for the second inspection, or for any other inspection that is necessary after the initial inspection.
