(A) Effective October 1, 2016, rates and charges for gas shall be computed on a monthly basis at the following rates:
Within the City Limits

(B) There shall be added to the foregoing rates and charges a utility tax which may, from time to time, be imposed by the village gas system.
(C) It is further ordained that each time the wholesale price of natural gas furnished the village shall be increased per 1,000 cubic feet, the retail price shall be raised automatically, per thousand cubic feet coincidental with prior months cost from supplier; likewise, shall the wholesale price of natural gas furnished the village be reduced per 1,000 cubic feet coincidental with such reduction.
