§ 54.06 COLLECTION OF TRASH ON PUBLIC WAYS BY PERSON RESPONSIBLE.
   It shall be unlawful to deposit any kind of junk, trash, debris, rubbish, refuse or garbage, loose papers or like materials, used motor vehicle fluids (including, but not limited to, oil and antifreeze), tires, hazard materials (including, but not limited to, paint, solvents, pesticides, and herbicides), grass clippings, leaf litter, dirt, wood shavings or chips, and animal wastes in such a condition so that they may scatter or blow upon any of the alleys, streets, sidewalks, or other public places. If any such material shall collect near or adjacent to any street, sidewalk, or other public place, or in any place where they are liable to be scattered or blown upon any of the streets, alleys, sidewalks, storm sewer, or other public place, the same shall be collected by the person or persons causing and/or responsible for the condition who shall place the same in a container which shall be securely closed. Any person or persons found in violation of this section shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 54.99.
