§ 54.03 OUTSIDE GARBAGE PROHIBITED.

No resident or business shall deposit garbage from any other source other than from the location in the Village of Wayne City for which services are charged, in particular, no garbage that is generated outside the Village shall be brought into the Village for pickup.
