§ 53.34 COSTS AND EXPENSES FOR INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION.
   All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the sewer line shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the village from any loss or damage that may be directly or indirectly occasioned by the installation of the sewer line.
