§ 53.33 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.

A sewer permit will be issued and a sewer connection allowed only if it can be demonstrated that the downstream sewage facilities, including sewers, pumps stations, and waste water treatment facilities have sufficient reserve capacity to adequately and efficiently handle the additional anticipated waste load.
