When sewer service or modification of existing sewer service is desired, the owner or the owner’s agent shall make an application for such service on a form furnished by the village. The application shall be supplemented by any specifications, plans, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the village. A permit and inspection fee of $250 ($500 in Tommy Johnston’s First Addition) for a sewer permit shall be paid to the village at the time the application is filed.
