§ 53.17 WITHIN THE VILLAGES OF SIMS AND KEENES.
   (A)   For services within the Village of Sims and the Village of Keenes: $5 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof.
   (B)   A delayed payment charge equal to 10% of any bill shall be added to all bills not paid within ten week days of their date.
