The meters will be read by the village on or about the fifteenth day of each month. If weather conditions or other circumstances prevent the reading of meters, then each water bill will be estimated by the village. Bills will be mailed by the first day of each month and will be delinquent ten days after mailing. Bills will be paid to the Village Treasurer or his or her designated representative.
