§ 51.03 AUTHORIZATION TO USE PUBLIC WAYS.
   The water system of the village may use the streets, alleys, and public ways of the village for any of its pipelines, facilities, or appurtenances used in connection with said water system with the right to do such necessary digging, excavating, or construction in, upon, or under such streets, alleys, or public ways.
