(A) Effective January 1, 2019, rates and charges for water shall be computed on a monthly basis at the following rates.
(1) The following shall be the rates for water supplied by the village.
(2) The monthly bill will be payable irrespective of use.
(B) The monthly bill will be computed on the following rate schedule:

First 1,000 gallons per month (minimum) in incorporated area | $25.50 |
First 1,000 gallons per month (minimum) in unincorporated area | $33.50 |
All over 1,000 gallons per month in incorporated area per 1,000 gallons | $6.25 |
All over 1,000 gallons per month in unincorporated area per 1,000 gallons | $6.85 |
Water furnished to the Village of Sims shall be per 1,000 gallons | $3.50 |
