§ 50.33 DUE DATE OF BILLS.
   (A)   Bills for utility service shall be rendered on the first day of each month and said amount shall be due in full on the tenth day of the month. If the tenth day of the month falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday observed by the village, then said amount shall be due in full on the next following business day.
   (B)   If payment in full is not received by the village at the Village Hall or in the utility drop box at or before 5:00 p.m. on the aforesaid due date, then 10% of the actual amount of utility service rendered shall be added as a penalty and shall be due by the twentieth of the month next following the due date of the utility bill.
   (C)   Failure to receive a utility bill shall not excuse a customer from his or her obligation to pay within the time period specified.
