(a) Regular Meetings. The Commission must hold at least four regular public meetings within a calendar year, on such date and at such time and place as may be established by resolution.
(b) Special Meetings. Special meetings may be called by the Secretary on the written request of the Chair or any four members of the Commission on at least two-days’ notice to each member of the Commission.
(c) Rules. The Commission may adopt such rules for the transaction of its business as it may by resolution determine.
(d) Records. The City must keep a written or printed public record of the Commission’s resolutions, transactions, findings, and determinations.
