The City Council may amend, supplement, or change the regulations of this Zoning Code pursuant to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (PA 110 of 2006), as amended. Changes in the text of this Zoning Code may be initiated by the City Council, Planning Commission, or any interested person or organization. Changes in zoning district boundaries may be proposed by the City Council, Planning Commission, or the owner(s) of the premises concerned, or by the designated agent of a person having a freehold interest in the property.
