The HR, High-Rise Overlay permits the greatest residential density allowed on multiple-family zoned properties for developments that are four-stories in height or greater, and that promote walkability to essential services, commercial destinations, jobs, and recreation. The overlay pertains to residential uses that are already permitted in the following districts: MF, Multiple-Family Residential; MU, Mixed-Use; SF, Storefront; and B1, Community Business.
