894.28 DURATION.

   This article shall remain in effect and shall not terminate for the longer of:

   (a)   Thirty-five years;

   (b)   So long as the Authority has any interest in the development; or

   (c)   The development is subject to income and rent restrictions under the LIHTC Program.
