(a) “Authority” means the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
(b) “Low Income Persons” means persons eligible to move into a housing project.
(c) “Sponsor” means Wayne Win Limited Dividend Housing Association Limited Partnership, a Michigan limited partnership and any successor owner of the development.
(d) “Low Income Persons” means persons eligible to move into a housing project.
(e) “LIHTC Program” means the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program administered by the Authority under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
