1473.18 APPEAL.

The procedure for appeal for decisions of the Building Official under this chapter shall be made to the Dangerous Buildings Board, in a manner set forth in the Wayne City Code. On appeal the owner shall bear the burden of providing satisfactory objective proof of occupancy by a preponderance of the evidence.
