(a) For qualifying businesses and structures, the site inspections authorized by Section 106 of the International Fire Code, as amended, may be performed by Fire Department personnel or they may be performed in accordance with such procedures and requirements of a “self-inspection” program. The qualifications for such businesses and structures and the procedures and requirements for the “self-inspection” program shall be as determined by the Fire Marshal.
(b) The fee for non-residential site inspections as performed by Fire Department personnel, and the fee for participation in the “self-inspection” program shall be as specified in Wayne City Code Section 1610.15.
(c) The fee for non-residential site inspections performed by the Fire Department and the fee for participation in the “self-inspection” program is payable to the City once every three years.
