Prior to reoccupation of property that is subject to this chapter, the owner of subject property must obtain all necessary certificates and have all necessary inspections performed, as required by the Wayne City Code. In addition, prior to reoccupation of property that is subject to this chapter, the owner shall notify the City or its designee that the property has been sold or rented, and to whom.
