1484.13 SALES OF NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RESIDENTIAL DWELLINGS.
   A newly constructed residential dwelling may be sold for a period of three years from the date of issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy without the necessity of a certificate as provided for in this chapter, if it is the opinion of the Building Official or their designee that the condition of the dwelling is substantially the same as when the Certificate of Occupancy was issued.
