In the event that repairs and renovations for deficiencies discovered by inspection are not made within the time allowed for such repairs or renovations, said dwelling may thereafter be ordered vacated and shall constitute a de jure nuisance. The City of Wayne is hereby authorized to abate said nuisance under any remedies available to it by statute, ordinance, or common law.
