In the event that the Building Official or their designee is unable to issue a certificate after the initial inspection and one follow-up inspection, the Certificate of Compliance shall subsequently be issued only upon payment of an additional fee to cover the expense of necessary subsequent inspections. The additional fee shall be set forth in Chapter 210 of the Administration Code, which fee shall be paid to the Building and Engineering Department.
