After inspection of the subject premises, the Building Official or their designee shall issue a Certificate of Compliance if the premises meet the standards set forth in Section 1484.06, which Certificate shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of issuance. If, in the opinion of the Building Official, the premises do not meet the standards set forth in Section 1484.06, the Building Official or their designee shall issue a report listing the deficiencies. Upon proof being shown the Building Official or their designee that the deficiencies have been corrected, the Building Official or their designee shall issue a Certificate of Compliance.
