1484.04 CERTIFICATE REQUIRED PRIOR TO SALE.

It shall be unlawful to sell, convey or transfer an ownership interest, or act as a broker or agent for the sale, conveyance or transfer of an ownership interest, in any residential dwelling unless and until a valid Certificate of Compliance is first issued.
