1482.01 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS AND DUTIES.

Pursuant to Act No. 18 of the Public Acts of 1933, Extra Session, as amended, there is hereby established in and for the City a commission to be known as the Housing Commission. The Commission shall have such powers and duties, and shall accomplish such purposes, as are set forth in Act No. 18, as amended.
