1472.12 PENALTIES.

A person or persons who fail or refuse to comply with an order approved or modified under this chapter within the time period mandated by such an order is guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or not more than five hundred ($500.00), or both.
