1456.03 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICATIONS; RECOMMENDATIONS TO COUNCIL.

The Building Official shall investigate the premises described in the application and make recommendations to Council as to adequate requirements and safeguards to be observed as a condition of granting such permit.
