The entire incorporated area of the City is hereby declared to be and is hereby established as a Fire District, and such Fire District shall be known and designated as follows:
(a) Fire Zone No. 1. Fire Zone No. 1 is hereby determined to be the B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, IND-B and P-1 Zoning Districts, as set forth in the Zoning Code of the City and the Zoning Map adopted therein.
(b) Fire Zone No. 2. Fire Zone No. 2 is hereby determined to be the IND-1 and IND-2 Zoning Districts, as set forth in the Zoning Code of the City and the Zoning Map adopted therein.
(c) Fire Zone No. 3. Fire Zone No. 3 is hereby determined to be the R-1AA, R-1A, R-1B, R-1C, R-2, R-3 and R-4 Zoning Districts, as set forth in the Zoning Code of the City and the Zoning Map adopted therein.
