1412.09 GENERAL WIRING REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Furnace Circuit and Garbage Disposal Circuit. In each new dwelling for residence purposes in the City, a furnace circuit and garbage disposal circuit shall be provided.

(b) Underground Conduit. Electrical metallic tubing shall not be used underground unless encased in two inches of concrete.

(c) Industrial, Commercial and Public Buildings. In all industrial, commercial and public buildings, all conductors shall be enclosed in approved raceways.
