1410.01 SHORT TITLE AND REFERENCES.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the current Michigan Building Code. References to the current Michigan Building Code mean this chapter only. References to the Building Code of the City mean Titles Two and Four of this Part Fourteen of these Codified Ordinances. References to the Building and Housing Code of the City mean all of Part Fourteen of these Codified Ordinances.
