   (1)   One-Family Residential
2 per dwelling unit, plus 1 for each 4 dwelling units for visitor parking
   (2)   Multifamily Residential Housing for the elderly
1  per efficiency dwelling unit, 1.25 per 1-bedroom unit and 1.5 per 2 or more-bedroom units
(b)   Hospitals, convents, homes for the aged, convalescent homes
1 for each 3 beds, plus 1 for each 3 employees, computed on the basis of the greatest number of persons employed at any one period during the day or night
(c)   Private clubs, fraternities, dormitories
1 for each 2 beds, or 100 square feet of usable floor area, whichever is greater
(d)   Tourist homes, motels and rooming houses
1 per bedroom
(e)   Theaters, auditoriums
1 for each 6 seats
(f)   Churches, mortuaries
1 for each 4 seats, or 28 square feet of usable floor area of auditorium, whichever is greater
(g)   Elementary, junior and high schools
1 for each teacher, employee or administrator, or 28 square feet of usable floor area of auditorium or other public assembly room, whichever is greater
(h)   Dance halls, exhibition halls and assembly halls without fixed seats
1 for each 100 square feet of usable floor area
(i)   Banks, business offices or professional offices of lawyers, engineers and similar or allied professions
1 for each 200 square feet of usable floor area
(j)   Professional offices of doctors, dentists and similar professionals

(o)   Retail stores except as otherwise specified herein
1 for each 150 square feet of usable floor area
(p)   Furniture and appliance sales and household equipment repair shops; showroom of a plumber, decorator, electrician or similar tradesman; clothing and shoe repair; laundry; vehicle sales showroom
1 for each 800 square feet of usable floor area occupied in processing or manufacturing
(q)   Vehicle sales, open air
1 for each 250 square feet of gross floor area of sales room, plus 1 space per 500 square feet. of gross outdoor sales space, plus 1 for each auto service stall in the service room
