1066.12 ESTABLISHMENT OF CHARGES; PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT.

Rentals and charges for labor, services and materials furnished by the City shall be established by resolution of Council and payment made therefor to the City Treasurer who shall deposit all money so received into the Cemetery Maintenance Fund.
